It's mean that Strompay not support (not allow) this kind of software (the randomizer)??

It's from Stormpay User Agreement

19. Activities not allowable. Your information and your activities, including payments and receipts of payments, through the StormPay service shall not:
------StormPay considers online payment randomizers to be a type of pyramid scheme because the majority of commissions are paid for recruitment of new members, and typically operate by random placement within the program.------

-----StormPay reserves the right to determine at any time if StormPay wishes not to allow any activity which is not listed here.-----

Hmm.. I had not seen any message about this at StormPay Website... since the 1st day of the launch, there wasn't any mention but allowing any types of MLM (money making websites) to use StormPay for recieving/senting payments.

Since StormPay hadn't made any official announcement through email or etc.. it doesn't mean officially against randomizers or any sorts of MLM.

TheRandomizer is an affiliate management script. If your business model qualifies as a pyramid scheme, then I would recommend not to use paypal, stormpay.

However if you sell genuine products/services and offer random payments just as bonus which are completely optional, then I don't see any reason why stormpay should have a problem.

Ofcourse these are my personal interpretations. You may consult a lawyer or ask stormpay if it is ok to use them on your website.

Hope this help

Best regards

Got it. Well, its the first time I ever saw this.. Don't know why StormPay didn't mentioned anything. I never saw something like this before.

I agree with Manish.

P.S. Oh my bad... I remember an email from StormPay about MLM. They had recieved complaints by people saying that they were ripped off by paying money then recieved nothing of incomes of $$ or gifts that the program owner promised for "lifetime membership".
