I had noticed there a problem with adding/editing url address.
Everytime I tried to put in the url address, then save/add.. the next page show up and said "Invalid URL entered".
Even though, the URL address is correct.

Actually its not a bug. The URL filter prevents non-standard URLs to be inserted into the database. Its disabled for member area. I have now disabled it for admin area also.
Just download a fresh (updated) copy of V3.1 from your client area and upload the admin area files again
