I wonder if I should upgrade ALL FILES or some files?
Also what about MySQL database? I noticed install_db.php - do I need to?

Hi,
1. Backup all your files and database (very imp)
2. Delete all V3.0 files
3. Upload all V3.1 files
4. Run install.php and follow the instructions on screen
5. Delete install.php and install_db.php once installation is over.
