HI
Uploaded the randomizer to my ftp, ran install. Now I have had a minor problem with Iexplorer since installing service pack 2. Once in a great while it goes none responsive and it chose half way through install to pull this dirty little trick.
Tried running adminarea/index, get the log inscreen then a page not found error. Went back and tried running install again, opps problem with the registration code.
Please help me.

Hi,
If you wish to reinstall the script, you will have to get your license renewed. Please open a ticket to the license dept mentioning your client area details and license number. They will reset it for you

So.. I will need to get license renewed before or after the installation (upgrade) of v3.1? |

Hi,
If you are upgrading from V3.0 to V3.1, you will need to get your V3.0 license upgraded. You can get it done by opening a ticket to the license dept.
For those who have just purchased V3.1, no license upgradation is required, your license is already V3.1 compatible.
The resellers can upgrade licenses directly from control panel without opening tickets to license dept. All new licenses created by resellers will automatically be V3.1 compatible.
