I was installing the script and when the software was installing all the database files automatically nothing was happening (ie the progress bar wasn't moving) so I closed the window and deleted the database on the server to restart all over again.
When I re-entered the activation code and tried to progress it said that the activation code was not valid!!!
Did I do someting wrong? I used the same database name etc.
Can anyone advise??!! I really want the randomizer sorted! |

| Yes, the problem is your license is only good for one install, when you attempted to redo the mistake, your license was already counted as being used once, therefore, it's no good anymore. You need to have your license reset in order to re-install the script. |

| That depends on where you bought the script from. If you bought it directly from Manish (www.therandomizer.net) then you need to contact him, but I heard that his country was hit by a massive storm, and his communications are out right now, if you bought it from a reseller, you need to contact that reseller to reset or issue you a new license. |

Hi,
As chris stated earlier, a license is good for one installation only. If for some reason, the installation did not go through well and you need to run the installer again, you must get the license reset.
If you purchased the license from therandomizer.net please email me the license number at manish@therandomizer.net. If you purchased the license from a reseller, please contact them directly and they should be able to assist you

Thanks for reactivating the code Manish.
I have emailed you again cos the database upload doesn't seem to be doing anything. I've been waiting over 30minutes and still nothing happens.
A new window does open when I click on database setup and the text is as follows;
Record # 2,500
Completion 57.3%
Elapsed Time 3.3 seconds
Remaining Time 2.5 seconds
Rate (now) 500.0 queries / second
Rate (average) 746.4 queries / second
Current Query INSERT INTO `ip2country` ...
Nothing changes from this screen even after 30 minutes.
How long should it take? What am I doing wrong?
Does it mean that I will need you to re-activate the code again??!

Yes, please get the license code re-activated. Did you try using IE6.0 for running installation script, make sure its fully updated. The progress bar does move in IE6.0 SP1.

As soon as Manish verifies your payment, he will add the second license to your client area account. If it was purchased on the weekend, it may take until Monday before it shows up in your account, I don't think Manish works too much on the weekends, everyone needs a day off!  |
