I've been thinking for a while now,and I found a way to make this happen 
What if on the join page we let the new user the possibility to pick a few payment gateways that he has,and ,based on this selection,the random member will be chosen upon this?
The only problem is that some members will have more chances than others,but I guess they can signup to all the payment gateways accepted by the webmaster.
Please let me know what you think.

| Please consider the payment processing company carefully. Some of these company will not be around and some might not even be legal to do this type of business. The more gateway the more potential for problems... |

Hi Daniel,
You idea of multiple selections for the buyer is good but it would have to include a FUNDED ACCOUNT not just that they have an account. I can see some people signing up thinking they need to enter all the accounts that they can receive money from but not necessarily FUNDED accounts. If you just ask them to pick the one they will use to pay for all three sections that would probably be the easiest method. Since joining the services is free all the members should be able to join all the processors provided but they might not be able to fund them.
Now for the payment processing companies. Remember you as the webmaster have control of which ones are available on your site if you only want to accept stormpay you can do that. So I personally only see more processors as more options for the webmaster
