I have gottend my PHP script, and I went through what I needed to do for setting prices and what not.
now what, it says open Setup.PHP in my browser. Okay so how do I do that and then what do I do?
I'm not very inclined when it comes to computers.

First if it says open setup instead of install.php you probably have a different script then what is here. But to run the the file just type it's address in your browser and it will run. For example:
