After completing the install, I went to load the website by going to http://www.cash-4-all.net/ and received this error message "Couldn't connect to server". Can you tell me what would cause this?

It looks like you didn't configure the db_connect.php file or you don't have it configured correctly.

Shadow, that was it. I fat fingered the username. I hope all my problems are solved that easily.
