Can't email from script

I cant send emails out to my members - this is from adduser.php as well as the email member script.

I get this error message as the subject:

Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

And in the body, I get this error:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

bob@bob.com
unrouteable mail domain "bob.com"

X-MSMail-Priority: High
X-Mailer: My PHP Mailer

Im using /usr/sbin/sendmail as the sendmail script location and Perl 4.3.3 on my host.

I think the email bob@bob.com is fake...

I purposely made it fake. This happens with all emails.

The message that you are getting isn't coming from the script it is coming from the MX servers for the domains that you are trying to send to. Saying they don't recognize that domain name for email. Have you tried to sign yourself up with an email address you know is working??

I have, including a comcast.net email box and a hotmail.com inbox. In addition, I have tried my own server as well.
