 | Problem with Referral? |  |

Howdy,
When someone uses their referral code it randomly keeps pulling members from the database and saying they are the sponsor... is this the way its suppose to be doing?

That much i know... but how?

is the only thing i see and it is just liek it is above. |

If you are using v2.0 in the config.php file you should find the following lines.
/* The next variable sets who will be paid if there is no referral(sponsor)
Set it to false,if you want the admin to receive the payment or to true if
you want a random member to be chosen
*/
$CONFIG->payrandom = false;
If you change the false to true admin will be the first paid unless a specific referral link is called for example if they go to
http://yoursite.com/promo.php?from=shadow
Shadow will be the referrer but if they just go to http://yoursite.com admin will be the referrer |

| Then you need to upgrade. Go to http://therandomizer.net and enter the client area to download v2.0 If you didn't purchase your script from ItWebTeam then contact the people you purchased it from and let them know that v2.0 is available and that you would like it. |

doh, oh well i guess ill buy it again, i cant ever get the guy to email me back that i purchased it from.
is 2.2 that much better than the others?

I haven't had the chance to play with v2.2 yet. The encryption is supposed to be better and you have more payment processors which means that they will have to be added to the .htaccess file.
