It depends on when you are getting the message. What are you trying to do when you get the error message??

I am getting them on all pages, the index plus even the admin area

Hi!
You have to enter the correct details on the db_connect.php file.

I had a customer complaining about this and sure enough in db_connect.php file, the database and username was not complete. Alot of people seem to have this mis-understanding. They need to put in their username from their domain as part of the database name and username for that database, especially in cpanels.
