It would be very useful if The Randomizer could Check the original payment type and only choose the random member from member that accept the same type of payment. In other words if the new member paid the first payment with IntGold only a member that accepts IntGold would be chosen for the Random payment. This would ensure that the new member has an account to pay the Random member. I already have had a couple of people make the first payment but couldn't make the second because they didn't have a funded account with and of the Random members choices. I have told the members they need to sign up with all the payment processors to receive payments but some still only accept a few.
This step wouldn't be neccessary for the admin payment because the admin can pick which types of payments will be accepted at the site so the will have all the payment types.
Another option would be to make the default values of all the payment processors the Admin's that could be changed by the members.
Basically what is needed is a solution that won't stop the process after the first step.
The first method would be better then the second (although from my limited experience probably harder to set up  ) because then the members could pick and choose what they want to accept and the ones that accept more types will be rewarded more. Putting the admin in as default will create a problem when the indirect referrals are listed and the members see their referrals but don't see any payment.
