Log in problems in admin & member areas

Hello-

I recently changed hosting companies & now I cannot log in using my admin details or my user details- when I try to log in the pages just refresh. I have gone into phpMyadmin & changed the information in the database & still get the same result. It was working just fine before the move. Any ideas?

Hi

There could be lot of reasons for the same. Are you receiving any errors on the site? Many times error display is off, so those errors may not show up on site but get logged in a file called error_log. Can you login into your control panel and read this file? If you see any errors, please paste them here so that I can troubleshoot this further.
