PROBLEM 1
For some days now members are not paid the Random Fee all random fees are comming to the Admin ony
step1 - sponsor
step2 - Site admin
step 3 - Site admin
I tried to test it several times from diffrent computers its all the same.
I checked the Random Winners, selected it to display 10 in a row and i saw that SITE ADMIN APPEARS 10 TIMES repeated it 3 times and to shows only Site Admin ALWAYS.
I need a solution to this because I want all members to earn from my program.
PROBLEM 2:
Sometimes members register and they can't login it gives me a complain that someone reported to get my AlertPay blocked. When i check it in Internet Explorer it some times says "You are logged out" this happens when I try to sign on to a member account or admin panel. But if I use mozilla or Safari browser I dont get this problem.
I clear cookies, cleared all offline files, deleted history and rebooted the computer and tried with internet explorer still can not log in with IE 6 and I decided to use Mozilla sometimes Internet explorer works but it fails too. Members have reported me for not given them access to the site and i got my alertpay blocked please HELP ME ON WHAT TO DO. If i get their password from members who can't login I happen to be able to login sucessfully with internet explorer. But sometimes it fails to allow me login except i use MOZILLA or another Browser |
