If i download the php5 vers. of the rand.3.7 i miss the file install_db.php.
To install the IP-to-Country Database.

I downloaded TheRandomizer5_3_7 today (6-9-2008) and install_db.php is still missing. Will TheRandomizer5_3_7 work without this? If not, when will this missing file be available.
