I am sorry to keep bothering you. However, having resolved installation issues on my own, I am perplexed as to why my license id is invalid.

I have done clean removals from the servicer and redownloaded the Randomizer software.

I have already spent many hours resolving other installation issues. Please provide me some relief.

What caused this problem was the failure of the ipcountry file to be loaded. The link in the install installation referred to a non-existant "install_db.php" file to load the ipcounty file. this error took me out of the installation. When I went to redo the "install.php" that is when my license was reported as invalid.

Your prompt response will be appreciated.

The supplier will renew your license. Just let him know about the problem.

You have to contact the place that sold you the software so that they can reset your license. If you bought the software from the Randomizer website, that is no problem. They can reset the license while it is on your server. (In this regard, their ability to do this exposes the vulnerability of the software to others. I had someone bypass payment. However, I politely notified them of what they had done and that was the end of that problem.)

The reason you cannot do a clean reinstall is due to the encryption software which can determine that the software has been installed more than one time, even though it was issued to you. The encryption only permits one installation no matter what issues you encounter during installation.

Hi,

You can contact your seller to reset the license or issue you a new license. We are in the process of streamlining the licensing requirements so that they are more customer friendly.

Thanks
Manish

Hi,

The site and future support was transferred to another entity last year. However it seems that it didn't work out pretty good. I have regained the rights to site and will be making more changes to it in the coming few weeks.

If you still wish to use your script, let me know your license number. I will reset it for you. Also I can give you free hosting for 6 months to kickstart your randomizer business Smile.

Thanks
Manish
