G'day Manish,

As I statted in earlier post that have since been removed from your forum, I had Randomizer 3.6 running okay, then in Dec' 2007 I think it was, I was notified that there was a security issue with 3.6 and I should upgrade to 3.7.
I downloaded 3.7, unpacked it and followed your instructions, I published 3.7 right over the top of 3.6 as instructed and since then I have "no" Randomizer running!
I wipped-out all the files on my server...several times...and tried to do a clean installation but on running the installer, I again had problems!
I did write you about the problems, many times, but every email went unswered, I also posted my 3.7 Randomizer problems here on the forum but those post also went unswered and some of the post that gave a negitave view of your Randomizer 3.7 script were removed! I'm guseeing this post will also be removed but that's okay! I just want you to know that after stuffing around with your Randomizer 3.7 script for almost three months I still can't get it to run and you ignore all requests for help or advice!
Do you have time to offer help or advice on my problem?

Regards,

PS. I also get the following message when I try to post to the forum

Mistake! There was an attempt of an automatic insert of the message in a forum. Your message is sent to hell. Try still times who knows - can it will turn out? Still probably, that you too long wrote the message - then pass to page back, copy the text, update page, insert the copied text and press button "Send".

But if I perseveer I can most times get the post published!
