Hello Manish,
My site www.traffexoneclix.com has been running great and then this past week started having some issues with logging in with some remote message having to deal with a path. I did a search and it appeared that it was related to the sourceguradian code not loading properly. Tried to upload the latest drivers to the direcotry and to the iexd directory and now all I get is this message: [an error occurred while processing this directive] when trying to access the site.
Any thoughts on what to do next. Do a re-install? By the way how much extra to upgrade to 3.7 from 3.6?
Kind Regards,
Jeff Rogers |

Manish,
Disregard the previous post. for some reason and somehow someone got into our account and deleted everything. Yikes!!! So I reloaded the files and am now getting the extension_dir does not exists /usr/local/php4/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429 message.
This was the message I was getting before all this happened. Is there something I can do to correct this or is it up to our hosting provider to make this change. It was working fine up until about a week ago.
Regards,
Jeff |

Hi Jeff
I just tried loading your site and got a 500 Internal Server Error. Its best to contact your hosting provider and bring this to their attention.
You may also consider upgrading to latest version (v3.7) of the script. |

Manish,
THanks for the quick look. I think I got past the server 500 error. I have gotten to the point where I get this error:
PHP script /home/traffica/public_html/traffexoneclix/index.php is protected by SourceGuardian and requires file ixed.4.4.7.lin or ixed.4.4.lin
Once I load the ixed files, the site just comes up blank now. ARRGHH! Anyway, I would love to upgrade to 3.7, can this be done without having to buy the whole new addition? Please advise.
Happy New Year!
