Hello Manish,
I tried over 20 times to submit the following message at your help desk but each time I entered the security key it was rejected, after trying over 20 times I had had enough but as I need an answer to my question, I'm my query here on the forum.
As I did nothing with my randomizer posted on FlyInMoney.com, I let the domain name go but I am thinking of installing Randomizer on another domain that I have sitting doing nothing. Do I need a new installation key to install randomizer on the other site?
Happy Christmas to one and all,
Bill Whiteside
Australia
PS. I also have a new email address so please change things your end. |

Hi Bill
I am sorry about the security key. Its just the only way to prevent spam being sent out of contact form.
Coming to your question, yes, you would need to get your license key reset. You can email at support @ therandomizer.net directly with your current license number and therandomizer.net client username and we ll get the license reset.
In case you wish to change the email ID associated with your client account, just let us know the new email ID in the license request mail.
Thanks! |
