Hi Daniel.
I am suddently getting reports back. that when someone tries to make a payment.
They are being asked to add postage and packaging. a further $7.50
Now I know I haven't added this feature, as I wouldn't know how to.
from the dates of the files. I can see nothing seems to have been changed ( but don't quote me on that )
I have asked for further details and will post them once I get them.
Plus the last 2 previous members to have managed to sign up. I ( Admin ) have received nothing. yet they are showing as being members. which they shouldn't have if they hadn't paid me.
Completely puzzled and bewildered, anyone got any Idea's |

Hi Cash,
There isn't a lot of information to work with here. EMAIL me the link to your randomizer site and I will take a look and see what it is like from the customers side before I go any further.
Also if you are accepting more then one payment processor what one is giving you the problem or is it all of them?

Hi Cash,
It worked fine for me. I just went through the whole process and no porblems showed up at all. So I am not sure what happened before. I removed you link from above because you don't want to promote that in this forum.
So if you get a complaint about the same problem again have who ever is complaining send you more information.

| If a member has shipping and handling selected inside their PayPal account there is nothing you can do about it. I am constantly having to contact members about this very thing and ask them to remove it. It automatically overwrites any outside HTML payment coding and can only be removed by the member themselves by logging into their PayPal account and clearing all shipping charges. |
