I would like to see a feature where you can change how many random payments are made so as an example people can join and pay $10 then it is split $1 to admin and $1 to 9 random members. I got this idea from alertpaypro.com. I also like the 30-day membership idea from alertpaypro, where when you sign up you are in the randomizer for 30 days then you have to pay again to renew, so it keeps the random payments coming in for a long time. If you implement these features be sure to put something in the members area that tells them how many days until their membership expires.
Also I dont know if this feature is already included because i havent installed my randomizer yet but I would like to be able to enable/disable the weight system.

That is a great idea and we did have a mod to do just that but Paypal changes their API frequently and therefore the mod has to be continually updated more than any other payment processor.
