Hi,
I was able to log in as the admin but now I can't and it has 1 users online and I think that is the admin user. Pls assist.
When a member logs in the Home button is on the far left off the frame of the site. Should it be there? It looks kinda unprofessional. Pls assist. |

Hi, perhaps I can assist you, are you still having trouble with your login? If you have access to sql database through PHPMyAdmin I can reset the username and password for you. As far as the button issue, I have experienced that with certain browsers and some don't do it, I am not sure why some cause it to show like that and some don't, but I can reset your login and password if you provide me with sql access.

If Chris remembers, my problem was not the browser - so much as the resolution on my display. I have a widescreen laptop and it does not like that format. Try changing your display settings and see if that fixes it. If it does, do what I do - put your screen resolution back to the way you like, and ignore it. Put a notice on your site concerning the issue and explain to your members what it is about.
The single member online - it will never display 0 - as someone is always there - the person looking at it. If you see 1 - then you are the only one there. If you see more - take one from that number and that is how many people are seeing the site or signed in - either way - this is to show whoever is seeing your site that there is someone signed in. A bit of a trick - but hey - not a bad thiig though. |
