Hi,
I bought the script with the installation included, do you know when the installation will be done? I know it will take some time but I need to know as I have seen a lot of complaints about the time it takes to set it up and am worried about my purchase.
I don't want any trouble about installing the script. |

I am one of Manish's resellers, unfortunately I haven't been able to get ahold of him for a good two weeks are so, he may not even know an order has been placed. I don't have access to his payment details, so I can't verify your order. I am too busy to do a free install right now, I am very sorry...try contacting him on his contact page, perhaps he will get the message.

The best I can do for now is just to issue you the script and a license key, you'd have to do the install yourself.

Thanks for your response. I see you have said the same thing to a lot of other people.
I want the script also to be changed to have a larger random payout. I see the script only caters for one random payout. I have also paid the $99 for the script and for installation.
I will probably have to wait and see if anyone comes back to me.
I must say that due to the response being so bad, I've started looking around at other websites that are selling the same kind of script. I'm a porra and we take business very serious but my wife has told me to give it some time.
I'm not bad mouthing the webmaster but it is a lot of money for people to dish out and then get a slow response. I suggest that maybe get another webmaster to be on standby, events like this will not happen.
Happy customers will always come back to buy something else from you.
Another question - has the problem with the hacking been solved? |

It's not hacking really, it's bypassing the payments, and as of right now, no, it's not fixed, Manish needs to re-think that in the next version.
