I had gotten an email showing that a new member joined.
In the admin area it shows that they made the three payments by paypal.
But I did not get any money?
Is there a way to get past the actual transfer of funds, and still show as they paid?

Yes Mike there is, these hackers know how to bypass the payments, there is nothing we can really do at this point, hopefully Manish can make it harder for them to do this in the next version, what you need to do is set your site to manual membership approval and just delete the non-paying members.

Chris:

Would he be able to ask them to FORWARD the receipt they got from their processor for the payment?

You should be able to tell from that if it is legit.

It showed that he paid by paypal in the admin area.
So I sent a request for the money and haven't heard back from him.
It seems, he know he's been caught.
Yeah But...

Yes Tom, but we all know they aren't going to be able to provide anything legit, and even if they had a Paypal Payment Letter they could forge one to make it look like they paid, but Paypal would be able to tell you that it's false doc.
