I 'm not sure how this happened, but all the permissions on my site were changed to 750 ??? I know the public_html folder perms should be set to 755, which I changed back, but all my files in it are set to 644?? I don't think they are supposed to be set to that because now my site is kicking up sql errors and access denied errors. What are the file perms supposed to be set at? and is there a way to reset all of them at once, or will I have to do each one manually??

Not quite sure why that would have happened Mike, perhaps you can contact the hosting company and find out, as far as setting file permissions, I think you can only do one at a time.

Hi Mike,

The file and folder permission should be set to 0755. The public_html folder should be set to 0750.

You can use an FTP client to select all the files together and CHMOD them to 0755. Try WS_FTP or CuteFTP.

Best regards
Manish

I just saw your site Mike, that's a new one for me, but I don't think it's the script, I think it's an error on your server with that temp file it keeps referencing, but I don't know for sure. Can you contact your hosting companies tech support and see if it's an error on their end?

Hi Mike,

Its a problem with your hosting company. The tmp directory is either full or there is a permission problem accessing the same. Linux operating system uses tmp directory to save session information.

Thanks and regards
Manish
