We have exactly the same problem at our site.
In our settings we have set the Approve manual ..... setting to false. but the problem is still there.
Anyone foudna solotion to this, maybe the return URL that PayPal is using is faulty when confirming the Admin fee payment ??

I am not sure what the problem is, if several sites are all experiencing the same issue, it may be that Paypal has changed their API Scripting or something, What I would do is shoot Manish and email about the problem!

But the strange part is that all 3 payments is completed correctly, and shows up on our PayPal account, but the only thing failing is that the user don't get redirected to the member signin pages, to enter there member informations.

I don't know, but I guess it could still be a Paypal issue, I don't see how all of the sudden the script stops working for Paypal when it's been fine all along, so shoot Manish a support email for a follow-up!
