Hi,

Make sure to upload all files present in the zip archive on your hosting account. The error occurs when some files are missed during upload.

Best regards
Manish

I would recommend you upgrade to our latest script, you will get free upgrades for life on the script, plus an awesome support team here to help you with your site. Where did you purchase your script from? Alot of times with the old version, you will have purchased it or found it on the net and either it was a pirated version and corrupted, or they had no resale rights to our script at all. By purchasing it here through Manish, or one of our resellers (like me), you ensure you are purchasing a quality script with upgrades and support for life!

I already paid for the 2.0 script, I first want to get it working. If it doesn't work I see no reason to purchase a newer version.

I bought it at goldenresellers.com

I would be willing to bet they don't have resale rights to the script, if they did, they'd have the latest version. 2.0 is very old and outdated, I am not sure I can provide any help as I only installed 2.4 once. Manish, is the only one I know that can help you with install, if not, get your money back and purchase a legal copy.

Hi,

We no longer support 2.0. Please ask your reseller to provide you with an upgraded version. If he/she can't, you must demand a full refund from them. I will be contacting them to check their reseller license number. Most probably they sold you incomplete script package.

Thanks
Manish

Well worth getting the latest version. My site has not had any problems - and I am very glad I did not get the script anywhere else. Both Chris and Manish have been extremely helpful - and the majority of issues I have had - had nothing to do with the script but my own pc and my own inexperience.

Do your yourself a favor - get your money back - and go to theranmdomizer.net to test drive the script and purchase the script with a lifetime upgrades.

They won't steer you wrong!
