HELP PLEASE, reinstall randomizer

I tried to install the randomizer to another domain name because i've changed and it seems to say that my license is invalid.

Please someone help fast.

Tried to purchase a new license also but still no mail to give me my new license. Out of ideas to try.

And when installing it says put config.php to 0777 or 0776 wat does that mean???
