First you need to login to your admin area, go to the site content menu and select edit content, then on the edit this page pull down menu, select members download. You will be taken to the page to edit, and you simply add the links to the files on your server or where ever they are located on the net to download from, remember, you must use http://www.whatever.com/download/file.zip format.
Simply replace whatever for the domain name and add the location for the download and you're finished, click submit and it's been added to the members download page.
