I have bought a License on Nov 27, 2005 and the the install
produced error: Invalid Livense.
No reply to any mails as per now.
Today I bought an additional License.....for which I have
not yet received any license number.
I have sent all my data to:
manish@therandomizer.net
What more can I do?
Reading through the forum it appears that this is a well known
and old problem which bothers many purchasers. May be it should
be resolved once and for all?
If any one can help I would appreciate, as there is no reaction
to my contact form entry in the members area nor by email.

Hello Alexandra, so you have purchased two licenses from Manish, is that correct? He is back online now, it's just a matter of getting through all the customer emails now, he will be able to help you in this matter shortly. He has had no internet access for months now, and that's what has caused this long delay. Now his internet access is back and he is just going throught one by one of emails from his clients to help them, Please be patient and he will reply shortly! |

I appreciate your feed-back.
Yes I bought two and have in mind to get more of them;
I am playing with an idea of 'cascade randomizers...'.
Hope to get the stuff settled soon as I wanted to launch before
and of November.

Hey Alexandra, if you want, I can send you two licenses provided you have proof of payment to Manish, I have been helping him out since his internet has been down. PM me your proof of payment, and I will send you two licenses for install. I would prefer a screenshot of the payment, but a receipt will do.
