Its a server side issue. Please contact your webhosting company to resolve the same. Looking at the error it seems the server is unable to locate the php file (probably the files have been uploaded in the wrong directory) or the server is too overloaded to process your request.

Im now getting this message :
PHP script e:\domains\a\applesalesmichigan.com\user\htdocs\install.php is protected by SourceGuardian and requires file ixed.win.4.3.2.pxp.
Please read SourceGuardian protected scripts manual.
I have updated the ixed files. I have then spoke to my webhosting company who have said that I will need an unprotected version of this script. They will not do a server wide update as this is a security issue.
I feel as if I have wasted money on this product now.
Is there any way you can help.
Thanks,
Craig |

Hi Craig,
The script requires php to run in normal mode. There is no need to do a server wide installation of sourceguardian library, the loaders will load on run time when the script is called. However the php safe mode must be turned off.
Can you PM me your hosting details so that I can check out the php mode and update you about the same.

Please ask them the specific issues they are referring to. SourceGuardian libraries are very safe, infact they are now included by default with cpanel (the largest selling hosting control panel www.cpanel.net ) so that webhosts dont have to manually install the libraries. |
