To whom it may concern,

I am just writeing to you to ask for my subscription to be shut down because my paypal account is locked out and i recieved an email from paypal telling me that it was because of a get rich quick scheme.

i just thought that i would ask to have my information completely deleted from your database. Sorry for the inconvinance.

Sounds like competition. I don't think they would shut your account down from this, unless anyone here has had that problem. Please let us know.

Im not sure what the deal is, a member sent that to me and paypal cs will not respond to my emails. Sounds like they are telling people how they can or can not spend "their" money.

I thought maybe the member was going to ask for a refund and was making up a excuse but he has not asked for one yet and I asked him to send me a copy of the paypal email he received.

We will see how this turns out i guess.

Thank you for contacting PayPal.

I am including the instructions on how to access the PayPal User
Agreement. You will want to look specifically under Acceptable Use
Policy and then under Pyramid, Multi Level Marketing, and Get Rich
Quick Schemes Policy. It does state that these are prohibited.

------------

Pyramid, Multi Level Marketing, and Get Rich Quick Schemes Policy

To protect our user base and to maintain a safe environment, Pyramid schemes; Multi Level marketing; or Get Rich quick plans are prohibited from using PayPal for payments. Any structure in which the value of the transaction is significantly greater than value of the goods or services traded is prohibited.

------------

bye bye paypal as a option =p
cause of your problem

The cause of this is someone complaining about your site
For you to use PayPal you must be sure to offer products and services
on your site.

Be sure to clearly spell it out on your main page
State the value and in detail what a member is purchasing.

See my site for an example

I have seen PayPal shut down numerous sites because they shut down the account for the site itself. But I have never seen them shut down the member's of the site account before. As a matter of fact I have been a member of a site that PayPal has shut down the Site's account but they didn't shut down mine. So this is a little unusual.
It also seems that they are selective about what MLM sites they shut down I know of one that has been in business since 2000 and they are a 2X15 forced matrix and accept PayPal and have never had a problem.

Shadow.
Like I stated...someone must complain about your site

If they get a complaint about YOUR SITE its your account the they worry about.

Your member will be ok unless that someone complains about them also.

PayPal does not care about if the complain is valid.
1 complaint and the lock your account. They are ready hard a@@'s about it.

Hi DS,

There are a lot of products available with resell rights the hard part is finding the ones that aren't already in everybodies hands. But keep your eyes open and you will see a lot of opportunities come around. They are everywhere! But the ones that are everywhere are the ones that you don't want Sad
