MUST HAVE - Recovering Payment Steps For Visitor

Say, an visitor completed step #1 but then lost connection to the internet. Wanted to revisit and to complete the rest of the membership (step #2, #3, then create account).

I would hope there something to do to allow visitors to finish all payments instead of re-pay all over again. Like in Admin Area, special site url codes for visitors to continue to complete (finish) for the membership from where they stopped at.

I had just experienced this and still no way to allow the visitor to complete the payments and to create an account. I only could re-fund the payments from step #1 (TWICE! Due to the misunderstood of must have three accounts).. however, what not good for me is that the payment stat is WRONG. No way to revert (change) the payment stat back. I don't want to mislead people (visitors... as well MEMBERS) when they don't actually gotten paid.

If you feel comfortable in the SQL you can use the phpmyadmin to edit the errant entries and/or add the correct ones.

It may take some digging but you can find the transactions through the site's logs.

Cheers!

I guess... but it would be much easier if there a way to show up list of links that show where those visitors stopped or kicked offline. I mean few people might had feature on their internet/computer option (javascript, unsecured block) disabled.

Just a way to let visitors to go back where they stopped or left at.. to continue finishing to the end.

Yes, a list of orphaned entries would be a good idea. Right now it is tedious but not impossible to track them down. Easy is ALWAYS welcomed. LOL

Thats fine but its a bad idea if want owners decided to show PROOF of payments paid (stats on front page). I do have the payment stats ON because it helps to show visitors that we actually making money... not creating accounts for paying less or free from auctions then none of members would get paid.

For me there are very few cases when member is unable to complete the registration process and since there is no option i have to receive the remaining payment from them and create their account.

Since you have randomizer with high fees it is must that u have the Url so that member can complete the remaining payment process.I agree that will show wide payment stats differences if you have higher higher fees and member is unable to complete the registration process.

Before this feature comes u state in ur FAQ section why there are differences in payment stats.
