G'day Manish,

Well mate, I followed your advise, i.e. Please change all your passwords for security reasons Smile and now I can not enter the admin area!
My password keeps being rejected! Evil or Very Mad
I wrote down my admin password and have it on my desk in front of me...and No! No-one else can enter my study, that's "my" domain... besides, there is no-one else at home, apart from my wife.

I wanted to set-up/personalise my randomizer, I also wanted to check on what mail settings you used as I can not send or receive any email through whatever@flyinmoney.com!
I have several domains hosted with mine host and this is the only one that will not send or receive emails...I believe this has something to do with how the randomizer script has email set but I'm not sure.
Anyway! The script will not let me in to the admin area so I can't check things!

Any ideas?

Now the site is spouting gobbly-gook!

G'day Manish,

Just had another go at trying to get into the admin area of http://flyinmoney.com and see that the index page is now full of gobbly-gook!
I'll be dammed if I know what's going on with this bleeding script!
It may have been better had I published the script myself...at least that way I would know where to look for problems...then again...I have read on the forum that you do not supply "any" installation instructions with Randomizer.
I'm no novice to installing CGI and PHP scripts but all other scripts I have purchased...or got for zilch, all had installation instructions!

Anyway...after stuffing around for hours trying to get back in to the admin area...I've had enough for one day!

Hi Bill,

Did you try forget password link to reset your password? For it to work, you must set the correct admin email id in the settings page and your mail server should be up and running.

Can you email me your cpanel details and I will check the script again.

You can check the installation manual at http://www.therandomizer.net/guide/ Wink

G'day Manish Very Happy ,

Yes mate, I did try try forget password link to reset the password but it did not work.
After reading the install file, I decided to install and run the installer.php again, so today I uploaded installer.php and ran it (after checking what you had named the DB)
I went okay till Step 3, then I got the following message,

You are installing TheRandomizer

Step 3 : Activating your license

Your license is not valid. Please check if you entered the correct value for it.
You can buy a license from TheRandomizer.net or from an authorized reseller.

I thought I may have got that message, going by other post on the forum,
at any rate if you want to check things out (what may be stuffed up) let me know and I'll send you the info'. I know how bussy you are so if you want me to continue with reinstalling the script...may I please have a new Activation license?

Best regards,

Bill

Hi Bill,

If you wish to reinstall the script, you will have to get your license key renewed. Just open a ticket to the license dept mentioning your client area details and license number and they ll reset it for you Smile

Hope this helps

Best regards,
Manish Singh
