Hi

I am having trouble with the admin login.

Most of the time, after placing in my username and password the script jus says incorrect log in info.

I have on a couple of occassions got a new password but after using this once or twice, the same thing happens all over again.

Now, even when I try to get a new password, the page is coming up as an error page that cannot be found.

I had the scipt installed by yourself on your webhasting.

As you can imagine this makes the whole process of running the sight not only frustrating but virtualy impossible as I cant get into the admin backoffice most of the time.

Could you please check it out for me.

Thanks

Terry

Hi Posty,

This problem has been reported after an optimization of admin login process was done. It seems the randomizer fails to validate the license on some occasions and hence the password gets reset.

The problem has been fixed and I will be updating the affected randomizers personaly.

Thanks and regards
Manish Singh

Thank you Manish

I think the script is great.

But its even more important to have a good support system in place, and so far you are doing an excellent job.
