I just bought Randomizer 3.0. No Install notes. No Config.php.

It looks like you don't have the current ixed file go to http://www.sourceguardian.com/ixeds/index.htm and download the one for linux (in your case) and upload it to the ixed folder on your site. This will give you the 4.3.8 file or you can try renamin the 4.3.7 file to 4.3.8 that should work too. I recommend the download though.
The rest of the install is easy.
Just set up your database and upload all files and run the install.php file and follow the instructions make sure you have your license code before your run the file. The config.php and the dbconnect.php will be created during the install. Depending on your server they will automatically be written or you will be given the exact coding for them for you to upload.
