I installed the site fine, and it was working well, when i go to access it this morning im faced with this error
http://www.lonehearts.net/randomizer/index.php
This is from the gaurdian install link

My hosting uses cpanal i cant change anything about the server, but it was running ok so why do i now get this error ?
I uploaded the ixed files again but it made no difference.
This is the converstion when i contacted my host
