Payment stats not accurate.

Although the referral stats are correct in the members area, the payment stats are not.

When a member checks their sponsor stats they are correct but the payment stats are incorrect. It appears that the payment stats are been added to the member whos id is above the actual sponsor.

Direct Referrals : OK
Random Referrals : OK
Payments Received : Not OK ... placing info in ID above.

Any body else noticed this ?

Andrew

I have sent an email to Daniel.

I am curious.... has anybody else noticed this ?

I searched the forum to see if this problem had been posted before and when I could not find a topic about it, I began to think it could just be me that this is happening to.

I have only just launched the randomizer and only have 4 members but if it ain't working with 4 it sure won't work with 400 !! Confused

Let me know if your stats show this also please.

EZdollars,

You are not the only one. I see posts about this bug all over the place. You are one of the lucky ones who actually received a response about it.

My members have all but stopped promoting the program because they noticed payments under their Payments received list, that they didn't receive. So, they naturally think I'm pocketing their money. Try explaining that this is a bug in the script, and not a fraudulent attempt to pocket extra money!!

This is a bug that needs to be addressed ASAP before someone gets reported for fraud.

Wink Hi Guys,

I am Ron Davies of CBGuide.com. I bought this script today to review it for our membership. We are the proverbial "policemen" of the affiliate marketing world, and we review one new script every month or so.

The reviews, along with the contents our members post, are sent out to the CBGuide.com membership every week, as well as to our subscriber base.

This is a total of around 23,000 affiliate marketers.

After purchasing the script today, and reading this company's purported "24/7" support, as well as your description of this particular script problem, I must say there seem to be serious systemic issues at hand.

I have writtent to the owner explaining who I am, and my intent to review his product based solely on our experience with it and that of other buyers.

I explained that the requests for repeated assistance on this obvious script accounting problem have gone unanswered, and that should this remain the case we would be reveiwing it as is.

He now has opportunity to address the situation. I will give him reasonable time. Should he chose not to correct the problem or at least tell the pwners of the script his intention, we will review at face value, and echo this very situation.

It is my job to protect my members, and help those that may find themselves in a difficult situation such as this, where the promised support seems to have become rather scarce.

On the other hand, should he fix the problem, he will see an excellent review, should the product warrant it.

Cheers,

Thank you soooooo much Ron for posting your information and choosing to review this randomizer script. I have been over 6 months trying to get this payment stats bug fixed. I just hope my members haven't all been scared away because of it.

And just for the record, I do love this script, just this one particular bug that I couldn't seem to get a fix for.

Again, I'm sure everyone who has purchased this script will join me in saying a big THANK YOU!

Hi Shelley,

When I sent my bug request to Manish, he was very quick to address the issue.

So far, the installation went very well, and the patches have all been applied. All patches appear to be working well.

I do have a request in for a mod to add an additional page to the member area ( I want to add a "Training" page to the member area drop-down).

He has informed me that it can be done, but the site would then be standard when other updates need installing.

We expect to run it and see how our customers like it.

My randomi referrals list is not right. I assume it's not right for other members. It lists only one random referral when I know I've had atleast 6. The list also does not show a date of the referral. Has this been addressed already or is noone else having this problem?
