Hi,

Here are some practices to make your randomizer website secure. This is not an exclusive list and following these tips will not protect you 100% from all security issues, however, it will certainly make your randomizer website more secure.

1. Change your admin account password regularly (at least once every 30-45 days). Change it to something that is hard to guess. For eg. M8zGRFHx0qQX

2. Backup your databases and files regularly. Talk to your webhost on how you can automate this process to say daily, weekly or monthly. All randomizer websites hosted with us are automatically backed up daily.

3. Upgrade to the latest version of the script. To check whether you have the latest version installed, simply login into the randomizer admin area and read the latest news. If you have the latest version, the news will say so!

4. Delete all stats older than one month. This will keep the database size small and load the site faster.

5. Regularly check the banner and text ads that members/advertisers add in system.

6. Make sure to upload the latest sourceguardian loaders to the /ixed folder. All randomizer websites hosted us automatically receive the latest sourceguardian loaders.

Best Regards,
Manish
