Every time I try to log into the admin area it sends me to relogin.php. Anyone have an answer to what is going on.

Very strange, you are logging in from http://www.yourrandomizer.com/adminarea/login.php and it's re-directing you to relogin.php?

You can login either way, but I don't know why it wouldn't allow you to login if it's just re-directing you every single time over and over again.

Contact Manish if this is the case, or you can try to erase all cookies and cache and retry.

Chris
Send me the details.

Hi,

Can you send me your server and adminarea details? Please do so at manish@therandomizer.net so that I can check it for you.

Best regards

What type of info do you need? Also I orderd the script from you last night and never recieved it so I ordered it from one of your affiliates.
So I have paid for two scripts, only have one and it does not work.

I believe he needs your cpanel login and password information as well as the randomizer admin area username and password.

Can you just send me the key code for the program I bought directly from you, and I will reinstall it and see what happens.

I don't work here, I am just a reseller and a forum mod, who did you purchase from Manish or a reseller. If manish, email him and have your license reset.

I purchased from both Manish and a reseller. The reseller sent me the program and key and that is the one I have installed now. I have yet to recieve any thing from Manish. Either way I should have two programs and two activation keys.

Hi Adam,

Please check my email. I tried emailing you the product details many times on your paypal email id but it kept bouncing my mails. As a last resort I updated the tracking information on your paypal order yesterday.

Download the script from clientarea and try installing it. The reseller may be selling an older version (V3.1 may be).

Regards
Manish
