Sorry, didn't mean to create new thread on that last one.

I have a database running on localhost, have checked that I entered database name correctly in script, triple checked username and password.

So, I figured that out, changed priveleges on SQL user etc.

Now my license isn't working.

Do I email my license to you to have it reset?
License Reset...

If you bought the license off this site from Manish then emial him for it to be reset, if not, contact the reseller.

Wow, I'm really sorry to be such a pain, but I'm STILL getting the "Couldn't select database" message. I don't know whatelse to check.
Have your license reset...

Get your license reset and email Manish your cpanel information so he can look into it.

Hi Daniel,

This is essentially MySQL server problem. Are you sure the server has been setup correctly? I am not a mysql expert but that error simply means the database does not exist. You may install phpMyAdmin on your server (if it is not already installed) to work with mysql. phpMyAdmin is not required by the script to function but it helps a lot to manage/create/drop databases and tables in a web based GUI environment.
