I know I mentioned this before - but maybe it just needs to be made clearer.
Members area is pretty much automatic. Can the advertiser section be done along the same lines - they can go through a signup process, edit or add more advertising after logging in, automatic payment method either monthly or pay per click - and automatic notification before account expires (due to be re-billed). And of course detailed info about them and their product or site.
