Hello, I purchased your randomizer script v2.4 from <url>removed</url> . When I installed it an error is comming up. you can view it at www.makenyouprofits(dot)com When I contacted them they told me that they dont support the script unless they install it. After reading your forum I am wondering if they are even an authorized reseller because I asked about the upgrade and they told me they dont offer it. What should I do now? request a refund from paypal? I plan on purchasing a reseller account from you instead. Any information would be helpful.

Yes, they are not the authorized resellers of our script. Some of the fraud signals that one need to check when buying therandomizer from a reseller are
1. Are they offering the latest script? (they should)
2. Are they offering reseller rights? (they cannot)
3. Do they have a valid therandomizer reseller username? (they should)
If I were you, I would have requested a refund from them .

EDIT: Looking at your website, it seems the copy is corrupt (MySQL tables). It may also contain backdoors and other security risks.
