Good Morning
Yesterday (am) I pucchase and paid for the randomizer. Now I am at a loss as to how do I get the software? I have had problems in the passed with PayPal returning me to a site after payment.
I recived and email wiht a link to a site with my licence number and a link for downloads but they seem to be only for updates.
Can someone send up a flair and show me the way?

Hi,
Upon payment, you must receive an account activation email (same as your primary paypal email id).
This email should contain your client area username and password. Once you login into your client area, click on Downloads and then TheRandomizer 3.0.2 
If you have trouble downloading the software inside the client area, please make sure to update your IE with latest security patches.
If even after updating your IE you are not able to download the software, PM me and I will find an alternative

Hi
Checked my Iexplorer and zip they are up to date. I have recived the email you mention followed the link to downloads, clicked "Get TheRandomizer v3.0.2". Unzip comes up, hit next a few time and recive the error message "empty zip file".
Sorry but I am at a loss as what to do.
