A new phishing that appears to come from TheRandomizer is in circulation. The email contains a link that appears to be TheRandomizer.net website but it is actually some other website. It asks users to enter their therandomizer.net username and password.
Please do not click on any such link or enter your username / password. TheRandomizer will never contact you via email asking you to update your information. We will never ask you for your password. We will never contact you via email except when we receive support request via email.
When logging into your client area, open a new browser window and type http://therandomizer.net/ to visit our site.
As a security measure, we have reset all the passwords. Details of new password and new logging information have been sent to you via email.
In case you feel your account was compromised, please immediately contact us at support @ therandomizer.net
Thank you all for your cooperation. Happy holidays!
