One of my customers is having problems trying to login to the admin area. She says it takes quite a few tries just to be able to login.

My question is where is the login details stored for the admin?

More importantly why is a "customer" trying to login to admin???? They should be going to the rusers area. If it takes a number of tries they might have a dynamic IP for dial up. That creates problems with the security if it changes to often.
Actually my customer is the admin

I just meant a customer that purchased the script and was having problems logging into the admin area (which is her site)
I found out it was just a error on her part for having problems logging in, so everything is fine now.

Thanks.
