Hello Manish,
I sent the following as an email to your mailbox at manish.singh at wonderpoint.com but for some reason it takes days to get a reply to emails I send no-matter which email address I send the email to, anyway here's the email I sent you yesterday.
I downloaded Randomizer 3.7, unpacked it and FTP'ed the files in the folder "random" to update the files in my randomizer folder on my server from 3.6 to 3.7.
I CHMOD the folder to 777 then ran the installer http://acexxxxx.com/xxxxx/install.php and got the following error message.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster at acexxxxx.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
So I checked things again and when I found no problem, I tried running the installer again, and again I got the error message, so this time I deleted all the files and folders from my server.
Once again I FTP'ed all the files to my server, set the CHMOD for the folder as instructed and ran the installer again and once again I got the error report as reported above!
I did not have any of these problems when I tried to install Randomizer 3.6, I was only asked for a 3.6 key during the install...which I did not have at that time.
Should I wipe Randomizer 3.7 from my server and reinstall 3.6 or what, do you have any idea on what I should do, to get past this problem.
I did not get any error messages when installing Randomizer 3.6.
Regards,
Bill Whiteside
