Hello Manish and Forum,
We are a reseller and a client who has had a site set up for a few days is having major problems that I can not trace the reason for.
Here are the symptoms:
Alertpay payments abruptly started failing with a message from Alertpay site "Sorry, the item name field cannot be left empty. Please try again."
In database payments table, the gateway field for all past payments made by Alertpay had changed to "UNKNOWN!!!"
I repaired the database - that did not help.
I took a database backup, then tried changing all those gateway fields back to Alertpay, that did not help.
Apparently earlier today there was a person falsely signed up and 'bought' a large number of weight, which was denied by the admin. The problem seems to have possibly started around that time.
Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks |
