Hello,

I'm sorry for my English, but I use the “Word” translator .

We have a problem with 2 randomizer ( http://www.new-cash-machine.com/randomiser/ and http://www.business-cash-machine.com/randomizer/ ) which we updated to 3.6 version, and our keys are not more valid. Our seller said to us to redirect ourselves towards you.

We have to this error message :

Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) in /home.2/newcashm/www/randomiser/startconf.php on line 4

The script cannot connect to the server. The db_connect.php file is empty, or the database connection parameters are wrong.

TheRandomizer 3.1

Can you help me.

Thanks and best regards.

Fred

Hi Fred,

I will send a message to Manish about this, I believe I was the one who said I would let Manish know about the error and to contact him again but I haven't heard anything yet from him, I will resend the email to him and see what we can come up with and let you know.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Fred,

Looks like either your mysql server is down or the database details are incorrect or the db_connect.php file is missing.

You must enter the database details in the db_connect.php file during installation.

For installation details, you may want to check Installation Guide.

Thanks
Manish
